Alan first started working for LBP in 1967 at the age of twelve. He attended Weber State College and earned his Journeyman's License in 1982. He purchased the business in 1988 when his father, Jim Dixon, retired. He enjoys spending time with his family, he is active in church, and his favorite hobby is Fishing.

Ben started working for LBP in 1998 at the age of fourteen. He started his apprenticeship in 2006 after returning from his Mission in California. He earned an Associates Degree at Weber State University in 2008, and he earned his Journeyman Plumber License in 2011. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Amanda, two daughters, and two sons. He is active in church, and he loves hunting and all other outdoor activities.

Brenda first started working for LBP in 1988 when she, with her husband Alan, purchased the business. She has retired as the Financial Clerk for the Town of Mantua, she's active in church, and she enjoys spending time with her family (especially her Grandchildren).
